Our MOQ is 10 pieces per style. You can mix ring sizes within the same design, and for stud earrings the 10 pieces count as 5 pairs.

Yes. All ready-to-ship styles are listed under our Products page, and a downloadable PDF catalog is available on our Catalog page. New styles are added every month.

Absolutely. You can combine different styles, plating colors and stone options in a single order as long as each style reaches the 10-piece MOQ.

Most catalog styles are produced to order rather than stocked, so they rarely sell out. If a style is temporarily unavailable we will suggest the closest alternative or produce it once your order is confirmed.

Yes. Sample orders are welcome and highly recommended before bulk production. Sample lead time is 7-12 days after design confirmation.

Sample pricing is quoted per style based on complexity. For confirmed bulk orders the sample fee is deducted from the final invoice.

Yes. Request real product photos or a short video of any style through the contact form and we will send them within one business day.

Yes. Send us a sketch, reference photo, CAD file or physical sample. Our design team confirms feasibility and provides CAD drawings for approval before sampling.

Yes. We offer laser logo engraving, custom hang tags, cards, pouches and gift boxes for private-label brands. Logo tooling is free for orders above 100 pieces.

Yes. All designs shared with us are kept strictly confidential and never produced for other clients. We are happy to sign an NDA before you send files.

We accept L/C, D/A, D/P, Western Union, MoneyGram, PayPal and bank transfer (T/T). For first orders we usually require a 30% deposit with the balance before shipment.

For long-term partners with a stable order history we can discuss flexible payment terms including D/P and L/C arrangements.

Production usually takes 20-35 days after sample approval. Express shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS) takes 3-7 days to most destinations; sea freight is available for large orders.

Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. We prepare complete commercial invoices and packing lists to smooth customs clearance.

Inspect your order on arrival and notify us within 7 days with photos. We will replace defective pieces free of charge in your next order or issue a refund for confirmed defects.

Samples are made to order and non-returnable, but sample fees are credited back when you place the corresponding bulk order.

Yes. Every piece is made from 925 sterling silver and stamped 925. We can provide material certificates and third-party test reports (SGS) on request.

Yes. Our 18K gold, white gold and rose gold plating is nickel-free and tested for wear resistance, suitable for sensitive skin.

Each order passes three checkpoints: material verification, in-process inspection during stone setting and plating, and a final piece-by-piece inspection before packing.

We guarantee plating adhesion and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. Any confirmed quality issue is replaced or refunded free of charge.
