Brass & Copper Jewelry Manufacturer | Lightweight Fashion Jewelry OEM

Brass and copper are where bold design becomes wearable. Lighter than silver and far lighter than gold, they let us build oversized earrings, wide cuffs and sculptural pendants that stay comfortable through a full day of wear — at a material cost that keeps volume fashion programs profitable. We manufacture brass and copper jewelry in our 900 m² Guangdong workshop with a 50-person team including 3 R&D staff and 8 QC inspectors, and every design on this site is available in brass, copper, 925 silver or solid 8K/9K/14K gold.

Why Brass & Copper for Fashion Lines

  • Weight advantage. Statement earrings that would drag in silver sit comfortably in brass — a real merchandising benefit for oversized trends.
  • Detail definition. Brass takes stamping, etching and relief work exceptionally well: coin faces, rope textures and filigree patterns come out crisp.
  • Warm base tone. Brass carries a naturally warm hue under gold plating; copper adds its own rose character for un-plated or antiqued looks.
  • Cost control. Base material cost stays low and predictable, even with substantial metal mass in the design.

Finish Library

  • 14K gold plated — our most requested brass finish; see the gold plated brass page for process detail.
  • Rhodium plated — white-metal look over brass for silver-tone fashion lines.
  • Antiqued / oxidized — darkened relief with polished highlights, strong in vintage and heritage programs.
  • Brushed and matte — contemporary surfaces for minimalist lines.
  • Enamel accents — color fills on stamped brass bodies.

Design and Engineering Support

Our 3-person R&D team converts sketches and reference links into production-ready files, and will flag weight, plating coverage and comfort issues before tooling — for example, recommending hollow-back construction on oversized earrings or adjusting ear-post position for balance. That review is part of quoting, not an extra.

Compliance

Brass and copper programs run nickel-free barrier layers and are tested to EN 1811, RoHS and GB 11887, with SGS reports available. Copper pieces intended for direct skin contact get the same nickel-release testing as plated lines.

MOQ and Lead Times

MOQ 30 pieces per design · Sampling 7–12 days · Bulk production 20–35 days · SGS / RoHS / GB 11887 / EN 1811 tested.

Volume programs scale on our Luoding, Guangdong production base (approximately 113,220 m²).

Styles That Show the Material Well

Weight and Cost Engineering

Brass and copper let us build pieces that look substantial without the metal cost of silver or gold. Wall thickness, hollow construction, core material and plating weight are all variables we tune against your target retail price. A bangle can be hollow-formed to keep grams and freight down while holding its shape; a pendant can be cast solid where feel matters. We quote both versions so you can compare landed cost against perceived value before committing.

Finish Library

Our finishing line covers gold, rose gold, silver-tone and black rhodium plating; antique and oxidized effects; brushed, satin and sandblasted surfaces; enamel fills in solid and translucent colors; and epoxy dome coating for logo badges. Copper-base pieces are usually sealed with an anti-tarnish lacquer when they leave the plating line, and we can quote unlacquered finishes for customers who want a living patina.

Nickel and Skin Sensitivity

Nickel release is the single most common compliance issue in base-metal jewelry. Our plating stacks use nickel-controlled barrier layers and are tested to EN 1811 release limits, with GB 11887 and RoHS checks available for other markets. If your retail channel requires a specific declaration — nickel-free, lead-free, cadmium-free — tell us at quoting and we will build the test pack into the program rather than discovering the gap at customs.

Sampling and Scale-Up

Sampling takes 7–12 days from design confirmation; bulk production runs 20–35 days. MOQ is 30 pieces per design with sizes mixable inside the same style, and our 900 m² Guangdong workshop with 8 full-time QC inspectors handles repeat programs on the same tooling, so the tenth order looks like the first.
