Every order we ship follows the same eight stages, from the first sketch to the sealed export carton. This page shows what happens at each one, what you receive, and how long it takes — so you can plan a launch date with real dates instead of guesses.
Design, tooling, casting, setting, finishing, inspection and export all happen inside our 900 m² workshop in Guangdong, staffed by 50 people including 3 dedicated R&D staff and 8 full-time QC inspectors.
Send a sketch, a photo of a sample, a technical drawing or a CAD file — one clear reference is enough to start. Tell us the target material, finish, stone and quantity, and we return a written quotation with a spec sheet for the SKU. If a detail can change the price (plating thickness, stone grade, clasp type), we flag it before quoting rather than after.
Our R&D team builds the piece in 3D and sends a render for your approval before anything is cut. You check proportion, stone placement, wall thickness and how the piece sits on the body. Changes are marked on the render, which keeps a single approved version for production and for your records.
The approved CAD is printed at high resolution and finished into a master model. From the master we cut the production mould that will carry every repeat order, which is why the second run of a style matches the first. Master models are kept on file with the approved sample.
Lost-wax casting produces ring, pendant and sculptural bodies; wire and sheet forming handles chains, bangles and ear wires. Silver and gold are weighed per piece, so your costing stays predictable against a moving metal price instead of being absorbed into a round number.
Cubic zirconia, pearls, enamel and coloured stones are set by hand. Multi-part designs move to assembly, where clasps, hinges, posts and backs are fitted and checked for function — a clasp that opens cleanly in the workshop is the cheapest quality control you will ever buy.
The body is polished to a plating-ready mirror before any finish is applied, because plating highlights every scratch underneath it. Gold-tone and rhodium finishes are applied to the agreed colour and thickness, and a reference sample is kept so that a repeat order six months later still matches the original.
Every batch passes eight documented checkpoints covering plating thickness, stone security, clasp strength and dimensional tolerance. Plated goods are salt-spray and tarnish tested before packing. Metal content is SGS-tested, with RoHS compliance and EN 1811 nickel-release testing for items intended to touch skin.
Pieces are polybagged, labelled by SKU and packed into export cartons; branded boxes, pouches and hang tags can be added for private-label programs. We ship from Hong Kong with the courier, air or sea option that fits your deadline, and send the packing list before the carton leaves so your warehouse can book it in.
Four details remove almost every round of back-and-forth. If you only have a photo, send it — we can work from there and fill the gaps in the quotation.
A sketch, a photo, a physical sample or a CAD file. Hand-drawn is fine.
925 silver, brass and copper, or K gold in 8K, 9K or 14K. Gold-tone or rhodium plating.
MOQ is 30 pieces per style. Ring sizes can be mixed inside that 30.
Tell us the shelf price you need to hit and we will adjust weight, stone and finish to reach it.

Yes. 30 pieces of a single style is a normal first order, and it is how most of our long-term accounts began.
We correct against the approved CAD and the sample comments, then re-present before bulk production starts.
Yes — plating thickness, stone grade, clasp type and tolerances are written into the spec sheet and inspected against it.
